Austin Mutual

- COVID-19 Information: Austin Mutual Insurance, through its affiliation with The Main Street America Group, will return approximately $16.5 million in premium to personal auto insureds. If you have been financially impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19), The Main Street America Group is accepting 30-day payment extension requests until April 10, 2020. This means, if requested and approved, premium payments currently due will be suspended for up to 30 days.

- COVID-19 Information: Kemper personal auto customers who have a policy in force as of April 30 will receive a 15% credit on their April premiums in May, and personal auto customers with a policy in force as of May 31 will receive a 15% credit on their May premiums in June.
Progressive

- COVID-19 Information: Starting April 1, 2020, Progressive will waive late fees and hold off on canceling or non-renewing any active policies due to non-payment through May 15, 2020. If you have an active personal auto policy at the end of April, you’ll receive a credit for 20% of your April premium. Progressive is offering the same 20% credit to active personal auto customers at the end of May, and may offer additional credits in the upcoming months.

- COVID-19 Information: Travelers is offering billing support to its customers and has suspended cancellation and nonrenewal of coverage due to nonpayment through June 15, 2020. Additionally, Travelers has launched the Stay-at-Home Auto Premium Credit Program, which will automatically give U.S. personal auto insurance customers a 15% credit on their April and May premiums.
